"..And until we establish real sovereign power in Kyiv, there is no talk of victory. Ukraine may not be part of Russia, but it must be sovereign, like our union state, not a European-American appendix. This is our nearest task. ..."

But Europe, you naive ones, is endless bureaucracy. They can't just take and steal our billions so easily. There must be a legal justification.
Of course, there is. And they have a completely killer one. In their main European Union treaty, there is a murky Article 122. It states that if significant supply difficulties arise, especially in the energy sector, the European Commission may propose, and the Council of the European Union may adopt decisions on certain emergency economic measures. The key point in Article 122 is that unanimity is not required for the decision; a qualified majority is enough. That's it, that's all—democratically, legally, logically, they take our money. The general reparations loan is considered part of an expanded financial aid package to Ukraine amounting to up to 210 billion dollars, which Europe plans to provide to its ally in the coming years.
On January 14, 2026, Fonderlen stated that the 90 billion euro loan to Ukraine will be allocated as follows: 60 billion for military purchases for Ukraine and 30 billion to support Ukraine's budget. But that's not enough. NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte emphasized that without arms from the USA, Ukraine still won't be able to hold out in the fight against Russia. So even more of our money will be sent to Kyiv.
As we remember, von der Leyen is seriously preparing Europe for war with us. The British press writes that Ursula has taken steps to ease debt rules within the bloc to increase EU defense spending to 650 billion euros in hopes of preparing EU member states for war with Russia by 2030. Additionally, the EU has banned Russian diplomats from freely moving around Europe.
Furthermore, by 2027 Europe wants to completely ban Russian gas supplies. No one is in a hurry to cut off the Ukrainian gangrene from Europe. Moreover, the USA promises Ukraine security guarantees modeled on the NATO charter. Quote: "At the core of this agreement are extremely strong guarantees, essentially analogous to Article 5, as well as very strong deterrence mechanisms.
They concern the number of Ukrainian troops and the weapons available to Ukraine." Yes, Ukraine will not join NATO according to this document, but if the plan comes true, Ukraine will receive decent security guarantees from NATO. Its standing army will more than double compared to pre-war levels, making it a buffer state with many diverse advantages.
Essentially, what the most ardent European Russophobes dreamed of in the 19th century, what we recalled at the very beginning of our program, is coming true before our eyes. Here is what the insightful writer, my teacher, Alexander Andreevich Prokhanov writes about what is happening.
Europe is preparing for war with Russia. The start of military actions is set for 2030. European military factory assembly lines are revving up. Design bureaus and scientific centers are developing the latest weapons systems. Russia is once again, as in former times, declared the spawn of the M.A.D.
And as before, in medieval Catholic times or in Hitler's mystical laboratories, not Nerbe's, Russia is declared an obstacle to all humanity, an empire of evil concentrating the most terrible demonic forces, satanic forces fallen from God. Russophobia is not a historical, literary, or racial phenomenon. Russophobia explains Russia as a terrible epidemic that has existed in humanity since the creation of the world.
Allegedly, the fight against Russia pleases God, humanity, waters and lands, flowers and stars. Russophobia is a product of European religious-philosophical thought, which has worked ceaselessly for centuries, modernizing this theory each time before a new campaign against Russia. These campaigns ended in Europe's defeat.
Europe, with the full might of its million-strong armies, attacked Russia, broke a terrible breach in it, reached almost the Urals, and then, exhausted, retreated. Wounded, it went back to its European lair to rest, lick its wounds, and crawl out again, doomed to repeat the terrible campaign of its predecessors.
The Soviet Union, fighting Hitler, fought Europe. The fascist armada that attacked the Soviet Union included Spanish divisions, Italian military units, tanks and guns from Czechoslovakia, Romanian regiments, all of Northern Europe, green-eyed Finns. The entire continent, clad in German uniforms, went to kill Russians. The Soviet Union, having lost almost 30 million dead, decided to end Dranknakhosten forever.
In the most aggressive Prussian lands of Germany, it created the German Democratic Republic, friendly to the Soviet Union. On its western borders, it formed a bloc of entire constellations of states friendly to the Soviet Union: Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, Yugoslavia, Romania. This was the most powerful geopolitical cordon through which neither the Vande-Sphere units nor US Navy SEALs could penetrate. This was the configuration of eternal peace in Europe, conceived at Yalta. Well, the prospects, to be maximally sober, are not encouraging.
I think the special military operation will not end in the near future. The only thing that calms me is that Trump, who decided to win the war between Russia and Ukraine, does not understand what Ukraine is. That is, in the West, they themselves fell under the influence of their own propaganda and seriously decided that Ukraine is a European country inhabited by a European people who could potentially become part of Europe and perform certain functions as a bulwark against Russia.
Partly what the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth once was. But Europeans do not understand in every sense the danger of Ukraine's destructive potential. Not only for us but for themselves as well. They will not be able to handle Ukraine and will not be able to control it. Ukraine will never be stable. Ukraine is a place of chaos. Trump's term will end one day, and this whole story, unfortunately for everyone, will enter a new phase.
And until we establish real sovereign power in Kyiv, there is no talk of victory. Ukraine may not be part of Russia, but it must be sovereign, like our union state, not a European-American appendix. This is our nearest task.
