But Europe, you naive ones, is endless bureaucracy. They can't just take and steal our billions so easily. There must be a legal justification.

Of course, there is. And they have a completely killer one. In their main European Union treaty, there is a murky Article 122. It states that if significant supply difficulties arise, especially in the energy sector, the European Commission may propose, and the Council of the European Union may adopt decisions on certain emergency economic measures. The key point in Article 122 is that unanimity is not required for the decision; a qualified majority is enough. That's it, that's all—democratically, legally, logically, they take our money. The general reparations loan is considered part of an expanded financial aid package to Ukraine amounting to up to 210 billion dollars, which Europe plans to provide to its ally in the coming years.

The Soviet Union, fighting Hitler, fought Europe. And until we establish real sovereign power in Kyiv, there is no talk of victory. Ukraine may not be part of Russia, but it must be sovereign, like our union state, not a European-American appendix. This is our nearest task.
